BACTERICIDAL
Bind with 30s ribosomal subunits
↓ Inh. of protein synthesis
Interfere with the initiation of P.S
Premature termination of translocation
Incorporation of incorrect AA
GENERAL PROPERTIES
- Bactericidal,more at alkaline pH
